Finding Calm, Connection, and Clarity- Together.

Hi, I’m so glad you’re here.

Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, trauma, or emotional stress can make daily life feel heavy. Many children, youth, adults, and families seek therapy when coping feels exhausting or disconnected. I offer a calm, supportive counselling space where individuals and families feel seen and understood. Together, we explore what’s happening beneath the surface, strengthen emotional regulation, and support healing, connection, and a greater sense of safety and resilience.

I work with adults, parents, children, and teens navigating overwhelm, anxiety, emotional intensity, or patterns that feel hard to shift. Many carry stress, past trauma, caregiving pressure, or the demands of supporting a neurodivergent child, and are seeking therapy where they can slow down, feel understood, and not have to be strong all the time.

If you’ve been holding so much for a long time, there is space for you here. Healing doesn’t need to be rushed or done alone. When you’re ready, we can explore what you need at your own pace, with compassion, care, and curiosity. I offer in-person therapy in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, and virtual counselling across Ontario.

    Neurodivergence

A child who is not accepted for who they are does not learn how to love and accept themself. I have a strong passion for providing a neurodiversity-affirming, brain and relationship based approach to counselling and psychotherapy that respects how each individual shows up in this world
